Ingredients!

  1. Goat Meat One Kg.
  2. Salt Customized Flavor.
  3. Ginger Garlic Crushed Two Meal Spoon.
  4. Almonds Ten To Twelve Numbers.
  5. Butter Ten To Twelve.
  6. Onions Three Medium.
  7. Spoon Red Pepper One Dessert Spoon.
  8. Crushed Coriander One Dessert Spoon.
  9. Thick Crushed One Teaspoon  Tablespoon.
  10. crushed hot spices one teaspoon.
  11. small cardamom three to four digits.
  12. sharp leaves one leaf.
  13. yogurt one cup.
  14. coking oil one cup.

Preparation recipe!

  1. Wash and dry the meat, put it in a sieve, then pour it into a bowl and mix well with salt, yogurt, cayenne pepper and coriander.
  2. Remove the almonds and butter in the coking oil by frying it (half of it with butter and almonds) and fry the finely chopped onion in the same pan.
