Ingredients!

  1. goat minced meat half Kg 
  2. Chicken half Kg 
  3. Salt Custom taste 
  4. Ginger garlic Roasted two meal spoons 
  5. White peppers Two tea spoons 
  6. Onions Three tbsp Medium 
  7. Cashew nuts or three quarters of almonds 
  8. Dried three tablespoons of white food 
  9. A tablespoon of white cumin 
  10. crushed coriander one tablespoon 
  11. small cardamom four to six numbers 
  12. mozzarella cheese one cup 
  13. fresh cream half cups 
  14. yogurt half cup 
  15. coking oil one cup

Preparation recipe!

  1. Wash and dry both kinds of minced meat in a sieve, then add a teaspoon of ginger garlic, salt and white pepper to it.
  2. Combine yogurt, cheese and half cream and then add it to the mixture and keep it for half an hour.
  3. In a pan add half a cup of water or cold water, add chopped onion and almonds or casserole and cook until the water is dry. Then cool and grind in a blender.
  4. In a separate pan, fry the ginger, garlic in the coking oil and fry the onion paste, roasted basil and coriander when fragrant.
  5. When the oil starts to separate, add in the mixture and keep cooking on a medium flame.
  6. When the lukewarm water comes to a boil, add the cream and the crushed cardamom to it. Cover and let it simmer on a light flame for five to seven minutes.
