Ingredients!
- goat minced meat half Kg
- Chicken half Kg
- Salt Custom taste
- Ginger garlic Roasted two meal spoons
- White peppers Two tea spoons
- Onions Three tbsp Medium
- Cashew nuts or three quarters of almonds
- Dried three tablespoons of white food
- A tablespoon of white cumin
- crushed coriander one tablespoon
- small cardamom four to six numbers
- mozzarella cheese one cup
- fresh cream half cups
- yogurt half cup
- coking oil one cup
Preparation recipe!
- Wash and dry both kinds of minced meat in a sieve, then add a teaspoon of ginger garlic, salt and white pepper to it.
- Combine yogurt, cheese and half cream and then add it to the mixture and keep it for half an hour.
- In a pan add half a cup of water or cold water, add chopped onion and almonds or casserole and cook until the water is dry. Then cool and grind in a blender.
- In a separate pan, fry the ginger, garlic in the coking oil and fry the onion paste, roasted basil and coriander when fragrant.
- When the oil starts to separate, add in the mixture and keep cooking on a medium flame.
- When the lukewarm water comes to a boil, add the cream and the crushed cardamom to it. Cover and let it simmer on a light flame for five to seven minutes.
