Ingredients

  1. Spinach (finely chopped) 3 knots 
  2. cottage cheese (cut into squares) 500 grams 
  3. onions (finely chopped) 1 tbsp 
  4. tomatoes crushed 3 tbsp 
  5. green peppers 3 tbsp 
  6. ginger (finely chopped) 1 inch slice 
  7. garlic (coarsely chopped)  ) 5 ghee 
  8. chili powder 1 teaspoon 
  9. flour 1 teaspoon 
  10. ghee butter and salt Custom taste

Preparation recipe

  1. Sprinkle spinach on a light flame without water and make a paste.
  2. Bring the cheese to fry and golden.
  3. Heat the ghee and fry the onion, ginger and garlic and fry.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes, adding tomatoes, chili powder, salt and flour.
  5. Add spinach paste and cook for a while.
  6. Finally add the cheese pieces and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot
